Jeetu
Patel is Executive Vice President of Doculabs, a
Chicago-based technology strategy consulting firm. As one of the key
principals, he has been instrumental in Doculabs' growth and success
over the past 15 years, helping to set the firm's direction and its

initiated Doculabs' relationship with Forrester Research, Inc.,

Connie Moore,

Research
Focus - Connie serves Business Process & Applications professionals and
leads a team that provides advice and research focused on
application strategy, business process management, customer
relationship management, human resource management, and financial
risk and compliance. Connie's recent research efforts have focused
on Dynamic Business Applications that support designing for people
and building for change and the intersection of Information
Workplace, Web 2.0, and the changing workforce.
Previous Work Experience - Connie came to Forrester through its acquisition of Giga
Information Group in 2003. She has more than 25 years of experience
in the IT industry and has been an analyst for 17 years. Most of her
research focuses on business process management, enterprise content
management, and more recently, the Information Workplace. Prior to
joining Giga, Connie managed BIS Strategic Decisions' European IT
consulting group, headquartered in the United Kingdom. Before then,
Connie was vice president of product marketing at TDC (now part of
BancTec), a manufacturer of high-end document capture systems. She
was also a manager with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture),
specializing in document management, document imaging, and end user
computing. Earlier, Connie was with Wang Laboratories, where she
managed Wang's technical support resources for the US Department of
Defense and intelligence agencies. She began her career in IT and
management at Mathematica Policy Research.
Recently, Connie co-championed Forrester's 2007 Technology
Leadership Forum with the theme of "Design for People, Build for
Change" and Forrester's 2008 Technology Leadership Forum, themed as
"Embrace Technology Chaos, Deliver Business Results." Connie is a
widely sought speaker. She has spoken at many industry events,
chaired 10 business process and workflow conferences in Europe and
the United States, and co-chaired Giga's "Leveraging Knowledge"
conference. Connie also served as a director of AIIM International,
the premier association for the content management industry.
Connie attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and
holds a B.A. in political science and history from East Carolina
University and an M.B.A. in information systems from George
Washington University.

Russ Stalters,

Stalters is Head, Information & Records Architecture for BP located
in Houston, TX. He is responsible for setting information
management standards across the corporation, driving adoption, and
promoting best practices for the improved lifecycle management of
electronic information. Previously he was BP’s Global Director,
Information & Records Management where he had global operations
responsibility for information management as well as heading up BP’s
Data Privacy and Protection program.
Prior to joining BP he helped organizations
envision, design, and implement document, records, content and
business process management solutions that required compliance with
global content and records management standards as a Chief
Technology Officer. Over the years he has become a recognized
subject matter expert for electronic records management and
SharePoint 2007 based business solutions. He was the president of
TrueArc, an electronic records management vendor which was acquired
by Documentum in 2002. A retired U.S. Naval Officer he served
as the CIO and information management director at the Naval Air
Warfare Center managing a staff of 900+ employees supporting over
15,000 customers. A regular industry speaker, noted author,
and thought leader, he presents at national and international
industry conferences.

Stuart Hubbard,

Stuart
W. Hubbard has twenty-five years of experience in the legal
technology industry. He has spent much of his career in software
development, but he is also well known as a consultant, writer, and
educator. He is the co-founder of Lawyers Advocate, Inc., a
consulting firm and continuing legal education provider based in
Denver, Colorado that advises private law firms, corporate legal
departments and the courts on all aspects of law office automation,
management, and economics. He counts many of the AmLaw 100 among his
clients and he has provided expert testimony on e-discovery issues
in both state and federal courts. Stuart was an undergraduate at the
University of Delaware, and he completed an MA degree and all course
work toward a PhD in computational linguistics at the University of
Kansas. He has also pursued additional graduate work in computer
science at North Carolina State University, and in business at the
University of Colorado. He has served on the Board of the Denver
Paralegal Institute and has been active in the Law Practice
Management Section of the American Bar Association. He is also a
member of the Litigation Advisory Board at Thomson-Reuters, the EED
Strategic Advisory Board at Merrill Corporation, and the Advisory
Board of the Legal Electronic Document Institute, in addition to
being active in working groups of The Sedona Conference. Stuart is
widely published on topics related to the application of technology
to law practice, and has presented papers at annual meetings of the
National Court Reporters Association, and at various regional and
national technology conferences for legal professionals, including
LegalTech, as well as at hundreds of accredited Continuing Legal
Education programs across the country. He has published three books
on the technology industry, including "Technology and Law Practice."

Eric Merchant, Sr. Project Manager,

Eric
Merchant has over 16 years of experience in systems management
consulting, implementation of automated systems, system evaluation
and selection, and system conversions and maintenance throughout
various healthcare delivery organizations. In his current role as a
Sr. IT Project Manager at NorthShore University HealthSystem, he is
responsible for initiation, planning, execution, control and closure

Wagner, Jr., is a practicing Ob-Gyn, Senior Attending Physician at
Evanston Northwestern Healthcare, in practice since 1975. Associate
Professor of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology, University of
Chicago Pritzker Shool of Medicine. Trained at Northwestern
University Medical School; Residency in Ob-Gyn at the same
institution. Board certified in Ob-Gyn and voluntarily recertified

While a resident in OB-Gyn, and responsible for accumulation of
departmental delivery statistics, developed a computerized data
capture and presentation program that was used by physicians and

Aaron is the U.S. Director for Health & Life Sciences (HLS).
Greg comes to Microsoft after an 18
year career with various healthcare companies including: Humana,
Per-Se Technologies, Eclipsys Corporation, and Quilogy. Greg’s
clinical background comes from his work in a Retina & Vitreous
practice in Louisville, KY, where he was clinical practice manager
and ultrasonographer. At Microsoft, Greg is responsible for
strategy, alliances, marketing, and sales execution for the $500M
Central Region Health business, spanning Healthcare Providers,
Health Plans, and Life Sciences Organizations. His efforts are part
of Microsoft’s continued commitment to enabling the healthcare
industry realize its potential for improved productivity, quality,
and safety through proven technology innovation and administrative
simplification.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Greg was the General
Manager and Managing Director for a national healthcare integration
company. Greg gained an in-depth knowledge of the need for
patients, providers, health plans, and other healthcare entities to
collaborate and connect for better health outcomes. This experience
dovetails with many of the key business issues currently facing
healthcare today: clinician connectivity, administrative
simplification, the need for adoption of electronic patient records,
and the drive toward consumer driven healthcare, to name just a
few. The adoption and use of technology will certainly play a
prominent role in the evolving strategies the industry, the
government, and the marketplace implement to address these important
topics.
Greg has also been employed as the Chief
Technology Officer for Eclipsys Corporation, providing industry
insight to the product development lifecycle for core clinical,
financial, and departmental solutions in the health provider
industry. He lectures frequently at industry events, board of
trustees meetings, and executive events.
Greg supports many civic causes and currently
serves on the State of Kentucky eHealth Advisory Board, He is also a
board member of Kentucky’s HIMSS Chapter, Louisville’s Health
Enterprises Network, Technology Enterprises Network, and Touched
Twice, a non-profit that provides healthcare services to the
uninsured and under-insured. He resides in Louisville, Kentucky,
with his wife and their two children.

With 30+ years of experience in the information management industry,
Al Balcer has a notable list of accomplishments and experience with
enterprise technology applications at Heath Care Service
Corporation.
Al began his career in the Records Management department, part of
the leadership team implementing the then-new technology of
microfilm. When HCSC implemented ImagePlus, Al played a lead role
and was the Manager of the Enterprise Image Support team.
Along with the Senior Director of EISM, Elizabeth Lambert, Al has
been leading the ECM Program at HCSC. He is a Senior Manager for the
